A DISNEY World Monorail train has been filmed travelling high above the park with the doors wide open.
A tourist filmed the faulty door during a recent trip to the park in Florida.
The video, , shows a busy carriage full of concerned holidaymakers grabbing onto poles for safety.
The visitor, who goes by the name Abbieprimeknits on the social media site, captioned the clip: “Monorail red is not having a good day and I'm having a panic attack.”
The train was running between the transportation centre at the park and Epcot when the fault happened.
Monorail’s average speed reaches 40mph on the 15 minute journey.
According to The Disney Blog, monorail doors have a sensor that is supposed to let the driver know if a door hasn't closed - and prevents it from leaving a station.
But the woman who filmed the post claims the door was already having problems when it left the transportation centre.
She said: “Maintenance was called and worked on it for about 10 minutes and forced it to lock.
“When we reached the first curve upon leaving TTC it opened and remained so.”
Nobody on the train was hurt because of the incident.
Disney has since pulled the train off the tracks and is investigation the cause of the door opening.
Sun Online Travel has contacted Disney for a comment.
