Passenger from hell rests both swollen feet on armrests – and even uses their TOES to open a window blind
A JetBlue passenger landed two spare seats next to her on a flight, but was horrified when a traveller in the row behind propped up their swollen, bare feet
A FEMALE passenger thought that she had won the aviation lottery yesterday after landing two spare seats next to her on a flight.
But the woman’s dream quickly turned into a nightmare when a passenger in the row behind used the empty chair to prop up their swollen, bare feet.
Jessie Char, from San Francisco, spent the next few hours on a JetBlue flight staring in horror at the naked trotters.
While placing a foot on one rest is disgusting, by taking up both arms of the chair meant that Jessie couldn’t even use one of the two spare seats without coming into contact.
The shameless behaviour then reached new levels during the flight when the passenger used their left foot to reach over and open a window blind with their toes.
Fortunately, Jessie wasn’t too grossed out to forget to record the incident on her phone and share the pictures on Twitter.
Within just a few hours the tweets had attracted almost 30,000 likes and thousands of retweets.
Jessie isn’t the only passenger to shame fellow travellers in recent months.
In April, a female passenger flying to the US from Ireland managed to enrage thousands of people after she spent a flight eating pistachio nuts and chucking the shells on the floor.
The woman caught the attention of a fellow traveller on the flight, who took a snap and posted it on the online forum Reddit.

The image quickly gathered thousands of views and comments, with people calling her “trash” and an “ignorant idiot”.
It isn’t the first instance of bad behaviour on a flight, there have been countless incidents of gross behaviour shared online – even celebrities are known for some atrocious mile-high behaviour.
In 2011, actor Gerard Depardieu was thrown off a plane after urinating in front of fellow passengers when cabin crew refused to let him use the bathroom.
In 2014, Paris Hilton’s brother Conrad Hilton had to be restrained on a BA flight after he became violent and threatened to fight the flight attendants.
