NEXT time you turn right on the plane while the posh passengers go left into First and Business Class, remember it’s probably not quite as rosy at the front of the plane after all.

A flight attendant in Emirates Business Class has been caught pouring a glass of champagne back into the bottle.

A passenger unwittingly caught the cabin crew member in the act while filming the view from his fancy seat in the A380 upper deck business class cabin.

Kaumoff was flying from Dubai to Barcelona at the end of April when he captured the footage.

He uploaded to clip onto Instagram this week with the caption: “Emirates accidentally got into the frame, did not even notice at first.

“Is it the norm to dump the undrunk champagne back in the bottle?”

The clip has already been viewed more than 13,000 times and attracted hundreds of comments.

The footage has torn people on social media though, with some people commending the crew member for avoiding wastefulness if the glass of champagne hadn’t been touched.

Others pointed out that the drink would still have lost its fizz if it had been poured out already, so the next glass would be much flatter than if it had been served fresh.

It is also unclear as to whether the flight attendant has simply poured slightly too much into the glass and was returning the excess liquid to the bottle.

An Emirates spokesperson told Sun Online: “Emirates always strives to provide the top quality service.

"Actions recorded on this video do not comply with our quality standards. We are currently investigating the incident.”
