TUI launches hotels in exotic new destination for the first time – ahead of huge expansion outside of Europe
TUI has launched a number of new hotels across a new destination, as part of their expansion across Asia.
The travel and tourism company’s service, TUI Blue, confirmed the new properties have opened in China and Malaydia.
They currently has hotels in Austria, Croatia, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Tanzania, Thailand, Turkey and Vietnam.
The new properties in China include the 83-room TUI Blue Wusongkou Cruise Port, located at the largest cruise port in Asia, but is also in an ideal location to explore Shanghai.
Also the recently opened TUI Blue Taicang with 129 rooms is situated near Tianjing Lake.
Taicang is a historic river town located along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu province, known for its well-preserved ancient architecture and vibrant cultural heritage.

The city also has a connection to the roots of the TUI Blue brand, it is known for having over 500 German enterprises establishing operations there.
And finally, for those who are drawn to scenic hills, there’s TUI BLUE Yangshuo Xiangheli, Guilin.
Yangshuo is a renowned tourism destination in Guangxi province, famous for its breathtaking karst landscape, winding Li River, and Chinese countryside charm.
In Malayshire, TUI Blue The Haven Ipoh will welcome its first guests this month.
Further launches in South-East Asia are already being planned.
This with TUI Blue Maduzi Bangkok and TUI Blue Berawa in Bali, set to open soon.

Currently TUI Blue has two hotels in Asia - TUI Blue The Passage in Thailand and TUI Blue Nam Hoi An in Vietnam.
TUI Blue The Passage is on the pristine shores of Laem Yai Beach in Koh Samui.
There are 50 carefully-designed luxury villas and rooms that look over a national marine park.
TUI Blue Nam Hoi An has several swimming pools, elegant rooms and suites, three restaurants serving top Asian and international cuisine, a varied professional fitness and sports programme, and a stylish spa for absolute relaxation.
The hotel's also in a good location to explore the charming coastal town of Hoi An and to enjoy the dreamy sandy beaches and spectacular bridges of Da Nang.
Earlier this year, Sebastian Ebel, TUI's chief executive, said there was "a lot of growth outside the region of Europe".
He added that he "very much believed in Africa" as a holiday destination.
