ENJOY the taste of luxury at the Sky Gardens Terrace.

Take a trip to Fenchurch Street and spend the day surrounded by London's incredible skyline and delicious small plates.

SUMMER AT THE SKY GARDEN

Spend an evening like an A-lister at London’s highest public garden.

Set above 20 Fenchurch Street in The City of London, Sky Garden hosts a brand new Summer Spritz Terrace just in time for Londoners to soak up warmer months.

Whether it’s a romantic date night, girl’s night out or after-work drinks, enjoy refreshing summer spritzes and seasonal tasting plates combined with some of the best views of the capital is a must this summer.

Incredible service, fine-dining small plates and watching the sun go down at one of the city’s most iconic venues should be on your top 10 things to do.

Guests can venture up to the 37th floor, 155m above the city, to watch the summer rays set over the London skyline whilst sipping on the new, limited-edition spritz menu.

From Aperol and Limoncello spritzes to The Lillet with Lillet Blanc, prosecco, soda and fresh lemon; and the bubbly Moet & Chandon, there’s a spritz with your name on it.

There’s even a zero-proof option – The Ceder’s Rose Spritz using Ceder’s Rose, tonic water and sparkling chardonnay and raspberries.

Pair with delicious summer tasting plates such as Ceviche Sea Bream with chilli, lime and coriander, Burrata with heirloom tomatoes and basil oil; and an indulgent Penny Buns, Wild Horses & Champagne, with horse mushrooms, cep, early harvest olive oil, parsley and oregano.

Those visiting the Summer Spritz Terrace can also access Sky Garden’s Music Nights, in collaboration with luxury event music curation agency ALR, who have hosted events for the Beckham- Peltz families, the British Royal Family and an array of A-list celebrities.

Head to the 35th floor for live music and tunes from the venue’s resident DJ as you party against a backdrop of the city’s most iconic buildings.

Tickets for the Sky Garden Summer Spritz Terrace start from £40 and include a choice of spritz, two plates, and access to Sky Garden’s Music Nights; or from £55 for 1.5 hours of bottomless spritzes, two plates, and access to Sky Garden’s Music Nights.

EAT HERE OR GRAB A PIZZA?

The hotel boasts four restaurants and a wine bar, which offers afternoon tea.

The Victorian-like parlour room at Rake’s bar has a lively brunch vibe and boasts an impressive cocktail menu, while the Eastway Brasserie is a more relaxed experience.

Expect dishes like corn-fed chicken breast with orzo pasta, mushroom and kale (amazingly creamy) and juicy tuna loin steak.

The black forest chocolate “magic” sphere was the showstopper for me, with a warm cherry sauce. Safe to say this entered the clean plate club.

The hotel is also home to Japanese restaurant Miyako with a traditional menu of sushi, sashimi, teriyaki and sake.

And the Lady Abercorn’s Pub and Kitchen has a varied menu of blue
crab linguine and Punjab mutton curry.

There's a huge choice at the breakfast buffet, including a full English.

If you are in a hurry, get a Continental grab-and-go featuring croissant, smoothies, fruit and more.

And the prices are reasonable, with the restaurant open to the public even if you are not a guest of the hotel.

WHAT ELSE?

The hotel is home to a Grecian-style Masonic temple (yes, really), complete with marble floor and a gold zodiac ceiling - it is perhaps London’s best-kept secret.

To help burn off all the delicious food on offer the hotel offers a 24-hour fitness suite with plenty of cardio equipment.

There was also a fully kitted out free-weights section along and two squat racks.

There’s also a steam room on-site.

The hotel itself is located in the heart of the city, meaning you are just a stone’s throw away from the bustling Shoreditch area.

Spitalfields market is walking distance away, and with being next door to Liverpool St station you’re well connected to the entire capital.
