World’s best waterpark is in Tenerife & it’s open all year round with 22C highs – even in winter
THE ‘best waterpark in the world’ is in Tenerife, so only a few hours away from the UK.
What makes it even better is the park is open all day, all year round. And with highs of 22C during winter, it makes for an excellent family-friendly winter sun break.
Since its opening in 2008, has been voted ‘best in the world’ for nine consecutive years.
It has an optimal location, too, as it’s situated in Costa Adeje, one of Tenerife’s busiest spots.
Jane McDonald even visited it in her new Canary Islands travel show on Channel 5 this year.
Tenerife is one of Brits’ favourite summer destinations and the most visited island of the Canaries.

Despite being a top choice in summer, plenty of deals are available even during winter, as the average temperature is 22C.
There is an average of six hours of sunshine and a low chance of rain, so waterparks are still fair game.
The park is open from 10am to 5pm in winter, so there’s plenty of time to enjoy the rides.
