Lysol To Go Disinfectant Spray

She said: “I trust that airlines are maintaining optimum cleanliness,
but what if they missed a spot? For every spot — even soft surfaces — there’s Lysol.”

Palmer’s Cocoa Butter with Vitamin E

Sakkara said that she was “completely obsessed” with this product which used cocoa butter to moisturise skin.

She said: “Planes have the driest air in the cabin. Top that off with constant hand-washing and I am left with ashy, dry hands. Your skin is bound to suffer.

“Palmer’s keeps my skin silky-smooth, moisturised all day and as an added bonus it smells absolutely amazing!”

Kuulaa Portable Charger

The attendant was all too familiar with the frustration of not having access to a phone charger at the airport. Sakkara’s solution is the Kuulaa fully juiced charging device.

She said: “This model can fully charge any phone at least 4 times or an iPad 2.5 times!”

Newfanga Travel Adapter

Sakkara said this was the most important item on the list, because it allowed you charge everything from a blow dryer when overseas.

She said: “Realizing you can’t plug in your blow dryer or cell phone when you arrive in another country is…not great.

“This universal device fits all the plugs in the world and keeps your phone from getting fried. never leave the country without one.”

Natural Silk Pillowcase

Many travellers struggle with hotel room pillows, which can be harsh on the skin.

Recommending this item she said: “Hotel bedding tends to be harsh and aggravating on my face. This lightweight silk pillowcase keeps my curls poppin’”

Pashmina Shawl Wrap

Sakkara said this item was multi-purpose offering different uses for varying environments. She added that could come in handy when in a conservative climate.

She said: “It’s large enough to be a mini blanket when the plane is cold. It’s a shawl when I’m in a more conservative country.

“It’s a scarf to keep me warm on cool nights. And in a pinch it can even serve as a sarong on the beach.”
