First look at new UK attraction with indoor play zone, swimming pool and 250 holiday lodges
A NEW holiday park could soon open in the UK - with water sports areas and 250 lodges.
Moneystone Park will be a new leisure park in the Staffordshire Moorlands.
The first phase of the park will include 190 lodges, set to grow to 250.
There will also be a leisure "hub" with swimming pool, spa and gym as well as a restaurant and cafe with an outdoor terrace.
An indoor activity area will have a soft-play, indoor climbing wall, cinema room and bowling lanes.
There will also be an outdoor area that will have play areas and a "multi-use games area" along with mountain bike trails, horse riding routes and archery,

The 250 lodges will be a mix of privately owned and holiday rentals.
The website states it is "too early" to reveal ticket prices for the park, but said there will be a "varied fee structure for activities which could include a form of season ticket arrangement",
An official opening date is also yet to be revealed, with a decision on the latest planning application expected in the next few weeks.
The director of Laver Leisure, the group behind the scheme, said the new park will create new jobs and bring in more money to the area.

He said: "If the application is approved, Moneystone Park will create around 250 much-needed new permanent jobs for the area, plus related construction jobs.
"According to planning reports prepared by specialist consultants, visitors to Moneystone Park will generate an estimated £1 million per year in additional spending in local shops, restaurants and pubs."
The new resort would be near Alton Towers, so holidaymakers could extend their staycation to add on a visit to the theme park.
Another holiday park is opening in the UK, which will be the first of its kind outside of the US.
And a £250million holiday park is set to open in Wales, with forest lodges and activities.
Until then, here's the little-known holiday park that has been named the best in the UK.
