Popular UK holiday park chain opens new adventure & activity zones in time for summer

A HOLIDAY park chain has revealed its multi-million-pound renovations in time for the summer.

Cove UK, which has a number of resorts across the UK, has opened a number of new activity parks and attractions.

Solway, in Cumbria, has had an £8million renovation with a new restaurant, bar, arcade and indoor play zone as well as new activities including axe throwing.

And Seal Bay in West Sussex has a new £1.5million indoor adventure park with climbing walls, golf and play areas.

A new entertainment complex has opened at Hunters Quay in Argull which was voted the best caravan park in the UK last year.

Entertainment will include evening performances alongside an arcade and bar.

Operations director Gordon Walker said: "We want to provide the ultimate UK staycation experience for families and friends, whatever they like to do and wherever they want to go.

"Cove’s 2023 new developments make it even easier for our holiday homeowners and holiday guests to recharge their batteries in the ways they love."

And one of their parks is opening to Brits for the first time this year, having previously been an owners-only park.

Springwood, on the Scottish borders, will also have a new cafe and kids' playground this year.

The holiday parks also have lots of other attractions including indoor swimming pools, lazy rivers and soft plays as well as daily activities such as art and sports.

And each park has a range of accommodation choices to choose from.

They also have lots of summer offers on too.

Seal Bay has 25 per cent off their summer holidays as well as free food and drink vouchers, with breaks from £195.

Solway has self-catering holidays from £199 while Hunter's Quay has breaks next month from £479.
