Inside beautiful Wetherspoons that fans dub best in the UK – & they love its ‘novelty’ feature

A WETHERSPOONS that has been named one of the "best in the UK" has a stunning interior - and a very unique feature.

The Winter Gardens in Harrogate is built in the former Royal Baths, dating back to 1897.

Former guests would be able to watch the MunicipalOrchestra, which played every morning throughout the year which had free entry to patients of the baths.

It was eventually bought by Wetherspoons in 2007, and turned into the much-loved pub.

Inside is a huge glass atrium, with many of the original features remaining.

It even has an outdoor beer garden for guests wanting a pint outside in the summer.

People have raved about the pub on TripAdvisor with some calling it a "posh Wetherspoons".

One man said: "Me and my Wife really love Wetherspoons pubs, this is one of the best ones we have been in."

Someone else commented: "Absolutely beautiful building with a grand staircase at the entrance."

A third agreed: "Best ever Wetherspoons."

And it has one very unique feature that guests praised - with toilets on the same floor.

It has become a running joke with many Wetherspoons fans how the bathrooms are often found on a separate floor, a long way from the bar.

However, one person said: "Had a joke [with staff] about Wetherspoons toilets - here they are the same level as the bar and main area such a novelty everyone commented on it!"

Another person remarked: "Typical Wetherspoons (except not a 5 mile walk to the toilets)."

It's not the only Wetherspoons that has been praised for its beauty.
