A COLD drink on the beach is one of the best parts of summer - and one beach bar has won praise from holidaymakers.
It even claims to be the only beach bar that offers live music in the UK.
The Watering Hole, on Perranporth Beach in Cornwall, also claims to be one of the oldest beach bars in the country.
It opened back in 1978, and has been run by founder Bob and his son Tom ever since.
The bar, which has tables right on the sand, has amazing live music.
Upcoming shows include live performances from Sam Ryder, as well as shows from Martin Kemp and Chris Moyles.

Also returning this year is music festival Tunes in the Dunes next month, a three-day event with some big names.
Kaiser Chiefs, The Vaccines, Scouting For Girls and James Bay are all to play at the annual event.
But it's not just music - they serve food from 9am until 3pm in the week, and until 7:30pm at weekends.
The menu includes burgers and even a full roast dinner to be enjoyed right on the beach.

And make the most of the boozy options with lots of local ales and beers on the menu.
The bar was recently praised on TikTok after a video of the Watering Hole went viral.
One person wrote: "Possible the best bar in England".
Another went one step further, saying: "Best bar in the world."
Holidaymakers have also praised it on TripAdvisor, saying it was the best place to watch sunsets on the beach.
Even if you don't fancy visiting the beach, a visit to Perranporth Beach is a must.
It has miles of golden sand and you can even rent deck chairs for the day.
