FLYING with children can be a total nightmare - and for good reason.

However, there are ways to stop them from causing a fuss, without even having to for out for technology.

In fact, there are 100 things kids can do on planes to stop them getting bored, according to a handy paperback book, designed to keep kids happy when travelling.

The book titled by Emily Bone contains more than 100 puzzles, mazes, doodles, crosswords, wordsearches and more to keep children entertained for hours on long journeys.

It is also perfect for sharing and includes both individual and group activities so more than one child at a time can be occupied.

Lots of them left reviews too, saying it more than fulfilled its brief of keeping kids happy during flights.
