Spain holiday warning as UK gov issue new summer travel advice
THE UK government has issued new travel advice for Brits heading to Spain this year.
Holidaymakers face flight chaos due to a number of strikes planned across the country.
Both Ryanair and easyJet have strikes planned, which will cause problems at a number of airports in Spain.
The Foreign Office travel advice has since been updated, stating: "Planned strike action in July may cause some disruption to EasyJet and Ryanair flights to and from Spain.
"If you think your travel plans may be affected, you should consult your airline for the latest travel updates."
Ryanair cabin crew in Spain have already walked out this month, and have voted to strike for another 12 days in July.

The walkouts have been proposed from July 12 to 15, July 18 to 21 and July 25 to 28.
This will affect flights at ten bases across Spain - Madrid, Malaga, Barcelona, Alicante, Sevilla, Palma, Valencia, Girona, Santiago de Compostela and Ibiza.
EasyJet has also already walked out this month, with more 72 hour strikes planned.
Further strikes will then take place between July 15 and 17 and July 29 and 31.

The strikes are expected to cause even more misery for Brits going on holiday this summer.
Much of the chaos is being caused by staff shortages as the travel industry picks up after Covid pandemic lockdowns.
Airlines such as British Airways have already cancelled 16,000 flights until October, with another 1,500 scrapped this summer.
And easyJet, TUI and Lufthansa have all been forced to cancel thousands of flights in recent days.
