Ryanair flight warning as pilots to join strikes this weekend
RYANAIR passengers are set to face flight disruption this week, with pilots in Belgium joining cabin crew on strikes in Spain, Portugal, France and Italy.
The action will take place from Friday, June 24 to Sunday, June 26.
The walk outs are set to take place in Belgium, Spain and Portugal from June 24-26, in France from June 25-26 and in Italy on June 25.
Further strikes have also been planned in Spain for June 30 and July 1-2.
The strikes have been organised for a number of reasons, but mainly centre around pay and working conditions.
Ryanair boss Michael O' Leary has refuted the allegations, telling a news conference last Tuesday that the accusations in Belgium were "complete rubbish."

He said: "We fully comply with Belgian law, we have labour agreements here with both the pilot unions and the cabin crew unions."
While UK Ryanair crew have not voted to strike, it will still affect the thousands of Brits hoping to head to Europe this summer.
A Ryanair spokesperson has sought to dispel fears of widespread disruption as a result of the strikes though.
They told Sun Online Travel: "Ryanair has negotiated collective agreements covering 90 per cent of our people across Europe.

"In recent months we have been negotiating improvements to those agreements as we work through the Covid recovery phase.
"Those negotiations are going well and we do not expect widespread disruption this summer."
Ryanair are not the only airline facing strikes this summer, with British Airways balloting for a pay strike which could see as many as 500 Heathrow staff walk out.
Meanwhile further travel chaos has hit Easyjet, who have cancelled hundreds of flights already this month.
The Ryanair strikes come at a time of continued travel chaos at several UK airports.
Heathrow has left 15,000 passengers in the lurch today after asking airlines to cancel ten per cent of flights, following baggage handling chaos over the weekend.
Hundreds of suitcases piled up at Heathrow Airport yesterday, with passengers told they may not get their luggage back for two days.
A sea of bags spread across the airport floor in Terminal 2 after the luggage belts broke, leaving passengers stranded without their belongings.
The cancellations will impact around 90 flights from Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 at Heathrow, the reports.
Both Virgin Atlantic and British Airways have been affected, with routes including New York and LA as well as short haul routes to France.
