The top ten Greece holiday resorts – but Corfu DOESN’T make the list
A LUXURY hotel in Rhodes has been ranked the number one resort in Greece on Tripadvisor.
listed the as the best spot for holidaymakers with reviewers giving it full marks for cleanliness and service.
But it seems one popular Greek holiday destination hasn’t made it into the top ten.
The island of Corfu, a favourite among Brits, was missing from the list.
Instead, resorts in Crete, Santorini and Rhodes stole top prizes.

The is the sister resort to Greece's number one hotel and it's equally as glam.
Near the picturesque village of Lindos, the resort has some top-notch traditional restaurants and two pool bars.
4. Mitsis Laguna Resort & Spa
Hotels don't get more luxurious than this.
On the sunny coast of Hersonissos in Crete, oozes sophistication from the regal gold headboards on the beds to the chandelier-like lampshades.
TripAdvisor visitors praised the service and the vast number of relaxing pools.
5. Mitsis Alila Resort & Spa
It's practically impossible to get bored when you're staying at the in Rhodes.
There's a seawater outdoor swimming pool, water slides, a tennis court, beach volleyball, a water sports centre and games room.
The highlight, though, is definitely the spa with detoxifying treatments using natural elements from the ocean.
6. Stella Palace Resort & Spa
made it into the top ten because of its fantastic family-friendly facilities, which includes a huge water park with splash pools, circular tubes and aqua towers.
Anyone up for an adventure can head to the nearby Analipsi canyon, enveloped by mighty craggy rocks.
7. Mitsis Grand Hotel Beach Hotel
The third Mitsis hotel to make it on to the list and with views that may surpass the other two, is shiny and modern on the inside but still feels very Grecian from the outside.
Guests can soak up the sun from two outdoor pools or venture into the medieval town of Rhodes, less than 3km away.
8. Kiani Beach Resort
Kiani Beach Resort really takes advantage of its impressive surroundings, especially in its restaurants.

The food here is Cretan through and through featuring dishes made with mainly local ingredients like virgin olive oil, wild greens, and fresh fish.
9. Andronis Luxury Suites
Overlooking a rocky volcanic crater, has suites and villas only.
It's definitely on the pricey side, with the average room costing upwards of £900 a night, but each one has a hot tub or infinity pool with sea views.
