I’m a flight attendant and there is an easy way to get free drinks from us
Battling the airport queues for check in and security takes superhuman strength these days, so a tipple on the flight is well deserved.
But if the small bottle of wine isn't quite enough, there is a way to nab an extra drink - but it all comes down to good manners and how full the flight is.
A flight attendant has revealed all on about the rules cabin crew have when it comes to dishing out free booze on a flight.
The crew member, who spilled the beans anonymously, said: "Flight attendants are typically allowed to give liquor to passengers whenever they want.
"You're way more likely to get free drinks if the flight isn't full, so always be polite and friendly to the staff.
"If your flight is full, it's very hard to comp one person without everyone wanting free stuff."

How you dress for a flight can also change the level of service you receive, or secure you extra drinks.
A JetBlue flight attendant, who also remained anonymous, told recently that wearing smart clothes is one of the best ways to get extra perks when flying.
They said: "Presentation matters. Now I’m not saying you’ll get into Mint or a premium cabin on another airline simply for how you’re dressed. That’s a myth.
"However, you can control how you’re perceived and how you present yourself. Well-mannered passengers improve their odds at having the beverage cart stop a few extra times by their seat when thirsty."
Meanwhile, another flight attendant has revealed what a passengers drinks order says about them.
Former cabin crew member has shared a Tiktok video explaining how Diet Coke drinkers were the least popular among flight attendants.
The dislike comes from the fact that diet coke takes too long to pour, as the bubbles particular to that drink foam up more due to the cabin pressure.
Cabin crew have also revealed a clever way of ordering booze that isn't on the menu - and you might be able to get your favourite drink.
You just need to know what to ask for, as she revealed how easy it is to make your own in-flight cocktail.
