The £17 item that flight attendants swear by for sleeping on a plane
IF you struggle to sleep on a plane, then thankfully flight attendants have you covered in helping you get some shut-eye.
A number of cabin crew staff have revealed there's an item they swear by for sleeping on a plane - and it only costs £17.
The is a memory foam neck pillow that clips together around a passenger's neck.
But while a lot of travellers might already have a neck pillow, this one is different.
Most travel pillows are rigidly u-shaped and can't be adjusted to create a new shape that might be more comfortable.
But the memory foam Dot & Dot Travel Pillow is fully adjustable and can be twisted and shaped into a range of positions to help you get comfy so you can sleep.

"This pillow is perfect! You can adjust it to any position you need and it stays until you change it. It works on the plane with a window, middle or aisle seat."
"Would definitely recommend it to everyone."
Another flight attendant put: "I travel with this pillow all the time. In hotel rooms I use it to support my neck, on the plane I use it to support my lumbar area. When I drive it helps my lower back."
The Dot & Dot Travel Pillow is available on Amazon for $23 on the US site.
