The £17 item that flight attendants swear by for sleeping on a plane
IF you struggle to sleep on a plane, then thankfully flight attendants have you covered in helping you get some shut-eye.
A number of cabin crew staff have revealed there's an item they swear by for sleeping on a plane - and it only costs £17.
