IF you struggle to sleep on a plane, then thankfully flight attendants have you covered in helping you get some shut-eye.

A number of cabin crew staff have revealed there's an item they swear by for sleeping on a plane - and it only costs £17.

The is a memory foam neck pillow that clips together around a passenger's neck.

But while a lot of travellers might already have a neck pillow, this one is different.

Most travel pillows are rigidly u-shaped and can't be adjusted to create a new shape that might be more comfortable.

But the memory foam Dot & Dot Travel Pillow is fully adjustable and can be twisted and shaped into a range of positions to help you get comfy so you can sleep.

The product has received extremely positive reviews, with an average of 4.3 stars based on more than 10,000 ratings.

A flight attendant wrote: "As a flight attendant, I have travelled extensively over the years and could ever find a neck pillow I liked.

"This pillow is perfect! You can adjust it to any position you need and it stays until you change it. It works on the plane with a window, middle or aisle seat."

A Tiktoker revealed that most people are using their travel pillow wrong.

Sidneyraz shared a video explaining that it's far more comfortable to wear a travel pillow back to front so your neck is supported when you tilt your head forward.
