Drayton Manor reveals huge new land opening this spring with rollercoasters, experiences and restaurant
DRAYTON Manor has revealed a brand new land opening at the theme park this spring.
Vikings will have a range of new rides, attractions and experiences for families wanting an exciting adventure in Norse history.
One of the new rides will be the UK's first Zamperla Nebulaz ride called Loki which is a family thrill ride with eight gondolas and four rotating arms.
The Disk'o Coaster Thor will spin guests in a giant wheel across a coaster track, while younger guests can enjoy the mini coaster Jormungandr.
Other rides include the Sleipnir, where guests can learn how to become a powerful god at a training school.
The immersive experience will also include Norse chanting across the park, along with a Walhalla restaurant with a BBQ pit.

Even the Drayton Manor hotel is getting a Norse makeover, with 10 new Viking-themed rooms.
An official opening date is yet to be revealed, but the new land will be included in Drayton Manor tickets.
A spokesperson from Drayton Manor Resort, said: “We are beyond excited to officially announce our brand-new Vikings themed area which is due to open to the public this spring, with a whole host of exciting new rides and immersive experiences to really transport our guests into a bygone era.
“Our team has been working incredibly hard behind the scenes over the past year to make our Vikings vision a reality, and we look forward to opening the gates and welcoming guests in the very near future to create unforgettable memories on a Norse-inspired adventure!"
Last year, the theme park also opened their nautical-themed land Adventure Cove with two new attractions and food stops.
It isn't the only exciting new attraction opening in the UK this year.
Alton Towers is to open three new attractions at CBeebies Land this year.
Hey Duggee, JoJo & Gran Gran and Andy's Adventures will feature throughout the land, offering more entertainment for youngsters.
Legoland has announced plans for a new experience called The Brick - where young builders can create whatever they like.
