Disney expert reveals how you can be the first person in the theme park
A DISNEY expert has revealed how you can be the first person in the theme park.
Not only that - you and your family can get up close and personal with your favourite Disney characters.
Every morning, Magic Kingdom holds a ceremony to open the park, and cast members pick a family of the day to help them out.
One lucky family is selected from all the people waiting for the park to open, and gets to head inside before everyone else.
They get the royal treatment with a private driver taking them into the park and a meet and greet and photo opportunity with Disney characters, before they star in the opening ceremony.
Afterwards, they are escorted to the Magic Kingdom train station where they can wave at the crowd of waiting visitors below.

A Disney expert told: "A family of the day is selected to join Mickey and friends to officially open the park.
"Hand-picked from the crowd of eager Disney visitors, this family gets to arrive via a steam train with Mickey and friends, disembark at the train station, wave to the crowds and get up close and personal with some of their favourite Disney characters.
"It's become the stuff of Disney lore."
It's no surprise that being picked as Magic Kingdom's family of the day has become a goal for many people visiting the park.
Experts have shared some tips to help people boost their chances of being chosen.
They said: "Arrive to Magic Kingdom early. It's no secret that the family of the day is usually hand-picked each morning from the families that arrive.
"I recommend getting to the park at least an hour early. You'll find the entrance to Magic Kingdom to be pretty empty at this point except for other families hoping to get picked."
The expert added it's best not to have an early morning dining reservation as there are separate lines for those entering the park for breakfast, and "it's safe to say cast members will not be scouting from this line to pick participants".
They then said dressing to impress can help increase your chances of being picked.
They said: "It helps to look the part. If you're enthusiastic, ready to go and are so excited to be there that you are all wearing your favourite Mickey ears or Disney t-shirts, then it can only work in your favour."
