Guests will be taken to the hotel by speed boat, with helicopter and yacht parking too.

Images show a luxury rooftop with a huge glass roof, along with private pools and two large rooftop pools.

The 12 overwater suites, which will have their own roof terrace and infinity pools, will range from one to four bedrooms.

The suites will be able to move around the water with motors attached to them.

This means they can detach from the building and turn into "boats" to move around at speeds of six nautical miles, being dubbed "luxury houseboats".

Anyone staying at the suite will also have their own crew and staff to help out during the stay,

The hotel is currently being built at the Seagate Shipyard in Dubai, and hopes to open by 2023.

Mr. Mohamed El Bahrawy, CEO and founder of Seagate Shipyard said: "We are proud of what we have achieved so far, especially at the Floating Palace in Dubai, where we have partnered with a global leader in the hospitality business.

"I am so grateful to Bernold Schroeder and Kempinski Hotels for their trust. It is thrilling to see, that for the first time a brand of the calibre of Kempinski will manage a floating hotel of such magnitude, and we are confident that our hotel will soon be one of the top tourist attractions in Dubai."

It isn't the only groundbreaking new attraction to open in Dubai.

Last month, Aura Skypool in Dubai which is described as the world’s highest 360-degree infinity pool opened to guests.

Earlier this year, the world's tallest swing ride opened in Dubai, reaching heights up to 460ft.

In 2018, the first floating drive-thru opened in Dubai called Aqua Pod, serving up fancy burgers.
