Inside the Heathrow Airport VIP lounge used by Prime Ministers and Royal Family – and it costs £1,600 an hour
NORMAL passengers may not be aware of the secret VIP suite which exists at Heathrow Airport - and it is often used by the government and the Royal Family.
Called the Windsor Suite, Prince William and Kate Middleton recently kickstarted their half-term break in the swanky lounge and got the full VIP treatment.
You will also be personally driven to your aircraft after your lounge stay so you aren’t running late through the airport.
Private butler and personal shopper
As you arrive in the Windsor suite, one of the doormen - dressed in top hat and tails - will escort you inside.
Here you will meet your very own personal butler who will ensure you don’t have to lift a finger during your stay.
You also get your own private shopper, who can take you through the delights of the Heathrow terminals.
Extravagant lounge
The VIP room has been decked out to feel luxurious, with a large sofa and arm chairs.
Guests can relax watching their own TV or eat at the large formal dining table.
And forget having to share a toilet with other airport guests as you get your own private one available.
The royals will no doubt feel at home in the Windsor suite as there is a portrait of the Queen on the wall.
With beautiful decor and art work from the likes of Andy Warhol, there are also hidden features such as bombproof class and netting to hide from the paparazzi.
