ARTIST Residence is a boutique hotel chain with establishments in London, Brighton, Oxfordshire and Cornwall.
Set to open their next hotel in Bristol later this year, here is what to expect from their Pimlico branch.
- Where is the Artist Residence Hotel?
The 10-room Pimlico hotel is just five minutes from Victoria Station, making it the perfect base to explore London.
The easiest way to get there is by train or tube to Victoria Station, although it is also near the Victoria Coach station.
There is no on-site parking but guests can get a 20% discount using the nearest car park with code ARTIST20.
The hotel also has staff on hand 24 hours a day.

Curated artwork can be found throughout the hotel, hand-selected by the owners and featuring a range of styles.
Lots of the furniture is repurposed in the rooms and restaurant, with each of the bedrooms decorated differently.
There are three floors of rooms, with The Loft featuring at the very top.
- What is there to do at the Artist Residence hotel?
Located on-site is the Clubhouse restaurant with an outdoor patio, and cellar bar, offering food, drinks and snacks all day.
There isn't much else to do at the hotel but it is in a great location for exploring London, being a short walk from Victoria train station.
The hotel is close enough to the charms of Chelsea, Tate Britain and Westminster for a day out.
- What is there to eat and drink at the Artist Residence hotel?
The cosy Clubhouse features a dining room with a slim menu ranging from small sharing plates to larger main meals.
Many of the options are Asian influenced, the highlight being Auntie Ling’s kimchi rice bowl with avocado, pickled ginger and crispy chicken although the menu also has options including fish curry, steak or salad.
The dessert menu highlight includes the dark chocolate ganache, honeycomb and almonds while breakfast options range from pastries and bacon sandwiches (given a kick with gochujang sauce) to pancakes and cooked breakfasts.
Their downstairs cellar cocktail bar has a long list of classic cocktails to fancier house options.

There are 10 rooms to choose from, ranging from Small and Small plus to the Grand Suite.
Lots of the furniture is vintage, with battered leather armchairs and antique wood writing desks, although still feature modern double and king size beds.
The rooms have a range of luxury eco products by Bramely, with rainfall showers in the standard rooms or claw foot bathtubs in some of the suites.
Guests can use the tea making facilities or the Nespresso machine, and other additions to the room include wide screen TVs and Roberts radios.
Some of the rooms are dog and child friendly, for a surcharge.

Families are welcome, with the Club Suite and Grand Suite able to add an extra bed for £30.
