BRITS are eager to get away on holiday this year, although there are entry restrictions in place, as well as local restrictions, in most of Europe.
Here is the full list of rules for every country in Europe, including whether they are open to Brits and if they are on the green, amber or red list.
Albania
There are no restrictions for Brits to enter Albania.
The country is on the amber list so Brits will have to quarantine for 10 days at home when returning to the UK, unless fully vaccinated.
Andorra
Brits must be fully vaccinated or have a negative Covid test or proof of antibodies to enter Andorra.
The country is on the amber list so Brits will have to quarantine for 10 days at home when returning to the UK, unless fully vaccinated.
Austria
Brits are banned from entering Austria.
The country is on the green list so Brits do not have to quarantine when returning to the UK.
Belarus
Brits are banned from entering Belarus.
The country is on the amber list so Brits will have to quarantine for 10 days at home when returning to the UK, unless fully vaccinated.
Belgium
Brits are currently banned from entering Belgium.

Bosnia and Herzegovina
Brits must be fully vaccinated or have a negative Covid test or proof of antibodies to enter Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Bulgaria
Brits are banned from entering Bulgaria.
The country is on the green list so Brits do not have to quarantine when returning to the UK.
Croatia
Brits must be both fully vaccinated and have a negative Covid test to enter Croatia.

Cyprus
Brits must be fully vaccinated or have a negative Covid test to enter Cyprus.
The country is on the amber list so Brits will have to quarantine for 10 days at home when returning to the UK, unless fully vaccinated.
Czech Republic
Brits are banned from entering the Czech Republic.
The country is on the amber list so Brits will have to quarantine for 10 days at home when returning to the UK, unless fully vaccinated.
Denmark
Brits must have a 'worthy purpose' or be fully vaccinated to enter Denmark, as well as a negative Covid test and quarantine for 10 days on arrival (but can leave after four days with Test to Release).

Estonia
Brits must be fully vaccinated or have a negative Covid test or proof of antibodies to enter Estonia, or self-isolate for 10 days on arrival.

Finland
Brits must be fully vaccinated or have proof of antibodies to enter Finland, or if unvaccinated, an essential reason and negative Covid test.

Brits must be fully vaccinated or have proof of antibodies to enter Iceland.
The country is on the green list so Brits do not have to quarantine when returning to the UK.
Italy
Brits must have a negative Covid test and self-isolate for five days to enter Italy.

Kosovo
Brits must be fully vaccinated, or have a negative Covid test or proof of antibodies to enter Kosovo.

Latvia
Brits must be fully vaccinated or have proof of antibodies to enter Latvia, or if unvaccinated, have a negative Covid test, essential reason and quarantine for 10 days.

Liechtenstein
Brits must be fully vaccinated to enter Liechtenstein.

Lithuania
Brits must have be fully vaccinated to enter Lithuania, or if unvaccinated, have a negative Covid test and quarantine for 10 days.

Brits are banned from entering Luxembourg unless for an essential reason with a negative Covid test.

Brits must be fully vaccinated to enter Malta including kids aged 12 to 17.
The country is on the green list so Brits do not have to quarantine when returning to the UK.
Moldova
Brits must be fully vaccinated or have proof of antibodies to enter Moldova, or if unvaccinated, quarantine for 14 days.

Monaco
Brits must have a negative Covid test to enter Monaco.

Brits are banned from entering the Norway unless for a limited set of reasons.

Poland
Brits must be fully vaccinated or have proof of antibodies to enter Poland, or if unvaccinated, quarantine for 10 days (but can leave on day seven with Test to Release).

Portugal
Brits must be fully vaccinated and have a negative Covid test to enter Portugal, or if unvaccinated, quarantine for 14 days.

This does not include Madeira, which is on the green list so does not require a 10-day UK quarantine.
Romania
Brits must be fully vaccinated or have proof of antibodies to enter Romania, or if unvaccinated, quarantine for 14 days. A negative Covid test is accepted if staying for less than 72 hours.

Serbia
Brits must have a negative test to enter Serbia.
The country is on the amber list so Brits will have to quarantine for 10 days at home when returning to the UK, unless fully vaccinated.
Slovakia
Brits must be fully vaccinated to enter Slovakia, or if unvaccinated, quarantine for 14 days (but can leave on day five with Test to Release).
