The airline was forced to ground all flights in March due to the crisis, and resumed a number of repatriation flights before stopping all routes.
Its restrictions were initially in place until mid-June, and it has now confirmed flights and holidays will start again by July.
In a statement, the airline said: "In view of the ongoing travel restrictions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, we have taken the decision to recommence our flights and holidays programme on July 1.
"The health and safety of our customers and colleagues is our absolute priority, and we are continuing to monitor the situation very closely."
They advised customers that if they have a booking due to depart on or before July 1, they will not need to contact them.
They added: "We are continuing to proactively contact customers to discuss all options, one of which is rebooking your holiday at a later date.
"We know just how important holidays are to you, and how much they give everyone something to look forward to, particularly after a difficult time such as this."
The statement added: "Our teams have been working around the clock to look after our customers and independent travel agents with affected bookings, and we can assure those affected by today's announcement will receive this same level of service."
Jet2 said it would implement measures to ensure the safety and well-being of its customers and staff.
The details of those measures are yet to to be announced.
Other airlines have announced plans to resume this summer - easyJet is relaunching a limited number of flights from the UK and Europe from June 15.
The airline said it is "introducing new measures to help ensure safety and wellbeing, including enhanced aircraft cleaning and disinfection and requirement for passengers and crew to wear masks".
Both Ryanair and British Airways are to resume flights in July, although all dates are likely to change depending on the pandemic.
The UK still advises against all non-essential travel abroad, which isn't likely to be lifted anytime soon.
Two-week quarantine restrictions are also in place for countries in Europe as well as when returning to the UK, meaning a one-week holiday could need five weeks of annual leave.
