A FORMER Disney employee spilled the park's secrets, including the shocking reason why Animal Kingdom's restrooms are the only ones with doors.

Student Fayth Hendley, 19, from Illinois, dished all about her time on the Disney College Program in a TikTok video liked over half a million times.

Animal Kingdom

Fayth said that she was hoping to participate in the spring program again next year as she revealed all about her Disney World experience.

"Disney's Animal Kingdom is actually the only park at Walt Disney World that has doors on the entrances and exits to the restroom," Fayth explained.

"This is just [for], in the unfortunate situation, if an animal were to get out, that the guests can hide in there."

Fayth shared plenty of fun facts about Animal Kingdom, where she spent the majority of her time on the program.

"I worked in the African section, and in Africa, you can find a hidden Donald, a hidden Scar, and a hidden Baloo," she said,

During the tell-all video, Fayth also revealed that the Kilimanjaro Safari is the largest attraction in all of Walt Disney World.

Fayth told her TikTok viewers the safari is so big, it could fit the entire 171-acre Magic Kingdom inside its huge parameters.

She also addressed the three red, yellow, and white pipes in the queue for Dinosaur at Disney's Animal Kingdom.

Park goers may have noticed the formulas for ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise printed are the outside of these.

"This is because McDonald's sponsored the ride when it was first opened," Fayth explained

The fast-food franchise is no longer a sponsor of the ride, but the chemical formulas are still there today.

Rules for a Reason

But Fayth didn't only focus solely on Animal Kingdom.

She also said Disney doesn't sell any chewing gum in their Walt Disney World Parks for a very good reason.

"When people are done chewing their gum, they decided that there just gonna stick it somewhere, instead of disposing of it properly," Fayth added.

She also revealed American flags are missing a star and stripe because "otherwise they couldn't be flown permanently."

Fayth also clued in tourists about getting their hair done at the Harmony Barber Shop on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom

Tower of Terror

Fayth also said the Tower of Terror ride over at Hollywood Studios is a whopping 199 feet tall.

The Expedition Everest ride at Animal Kingdom is the same height, which she also explained.

"At 200 feet, Florida ordinance laws require there to be a blinking red light on the top for low-flying planes," she said.

Fayth also gave some fast-facts on opening hours saying guests "can still get in lines for rides at 9:59 [pm]"

Environmentally Friendly

Meanwhile, the student also highlighted Disney's environmentally-friendly ethos at the popular park.

"Epcot's Living with the Land attraction produces over 30 tons of fruits and vegetables each year," Fayth said.

"Any of this that is not donated is still put to good use in the food and beverage locations across Disney World."

But that's not all: all the food and beverage locations dispose of the food that wasn't eaten via a food waste system.

Fayth told viewers this is converted to biofuel to power the shuttles that take people from the resort to the park.

There's also a good explanation for why you don't see any in the Animal Kingdom: they post a threat they post to wildlife.

But instead of being confiscated, your balloon can hang out in a "little balloon daycare" as you enjoy the rides.

Guests can also swap out their environmentally harmful plastic straws for a paper one at the entrance.

Tips for first time visitors to Disney World including a special badge that gets you extra perks

Disney staff also have a secret code which they use against annoying people - calling them "treasured guests".

There are also three things which Disney workers are not allowed to say, which is "I don't know".

You will also never see people who work at Disney pointing, as it is considered rude for some nationalities.
