Randy couple kicked off TUI cruise for ‘having sex too loudly’ on first day of two-week Caribbean trip
A RANDY couple are suing Tui Cruises after they were booted off a ship early for having loud sex – with the door open.
The passionate pair were just one day in to their fortnight-long cruise of the Caribbean when crew booted them off in Barbados.

The abrupt end to their voyage has prompted them to launch legal action against Tui Cruises to recoup additional costs after being left “stranded” with their packed suitcases, says .
The German couple, Renate F. and her husband Volker, said they’d booked the holiday aboard Mein Schiff 5, departing April 1.
And while the vessel was anchored off Barbados, the couple began to get “passionate” in the cabin, but forgot to close the balcony door.
Renate told Reise that they were having very loud “consensual” sex.
However after their love-making, the pair apparently argued loudly, but there was no violence, and no damage to their accommodation, she added.
After their row, while Volker was in the shower and Renate was smoking a cigarette on their balcony, they heard a knock on the door.
COMPENSATION
Renate alleges that the manager, accompanied by a security guard, told them they had to leave, as per captain’s orders.
She told Reise that as there was no damage, or violence during the row, she could only assume that someone had complained about their noisy sex.
Stranded in Barbados, the couple had to fork out thousands of pounds to stay in Barbados, book a return flight from the island to Paris, and catch a train home to Germany.
Renate and Volker are suing for damages, compensation for “pain” and reimbursement of travel expenses as they allege that the tour operator and the captain violated their duty of care.
Due to a security-related incident, we asked the guests to leave the ship.
TUI Cruises
Tui Cruises told Reise Reporter they were aware of the incident, and the safety of guests was their top priority.
The operator said in a statement: “Due to a security-related incident, we have made use of our house right and asked the guests to leave the ship.
“This was done to protect the guests themselves and other fellow travellers.
“There has already been a correspondence with Mrs F. in which we have set out our view of things. "Please understand that we do not want to comment on the privacy of our guests in detail.”

Under Tui's conditions of carriage on cruises, where any passengers are considered "likely to endanger his or her health or safety, or endanger the health or safety of others on board", they can be "disembarked at any port".
The terms also say that "if in the carrier's opinion the passenger's behaviour is disruptive, threatening or abusive, or likely to cause danger or distress to others, the carrier may terminate that passenger's travel arrangements without any liability on the carrier's part.
"And the passenger will not be entitled to any refund for unused or missed services or costs incurred."
