TWO easyJet passengers claim staff tried to stop them from boarding their flight because they "wanted us to pay" for hand luggage.
Victor Rose shared a video of his sister and niece who were trying to get on their flight at Crete Airport back to the UK last Wednesday.
The video, , captured the two women putting their bags in the sizer, showing they fit.

"Our cabin luggage is free to carry on board but she wanted us to pay.
"She did not want us to rearrange our bags or use the size requirement checker."
In the video, each of the women have a suitcase and a duty-free shopping bag.
Both suitcases are put into the sizer, where they both fit.
EasyJet claim just one of the women was asked to repack their bags.
A member of staff can be heard saying, "you're not allowed to do this," appearing to reference them filming.
The women then emptied their duty-free bags onto the floor to show their shopping from the airport.
However, they claimed that crew would not let them board the flight without paying for extra baggage.
Victor told Sun Online Travel: "They were so distressed about the whole situation."
He added on Twitter that easyJet staff refused to give their name to his family - while another member of staff continuously asked them for theirs.
: "You have some serious explaining to do! These are my family members being harassed by @easyJet staff not being allowed to board their plane going back home to the UK. I need answers."
His sister also website that the police and security were called because they "refused to pay to check-in" the suitcases.
According to the , passengers can take one cabin bag with them for free, measuring no more than 56cm x 45cm x 25cm.
It also allows one bag of goods bought at the airport - which both ladies had.
EasyJet claimed they were both able to board the flight after the incident.
An easyJet spokesperson told Sun Online Travel: "We take claims of this nature very seriously and following an investigation have found that one passenger had an item of cabin baggage which was outside of our hand baggage size restrictions.
"We have one of the most generous cabin bag allowances with no weight limit and each passenger is allowed to take one bag into the cabin up to 56cm x 45cm x 25cm including handles and wheels.
"In line with procedures and in the interest of safety, she was asked to either repack her bag so it would fit within the limits of the cabin, or pay €60 (£51) to check the bag into the hold. Once the passenger's bag was repacked to fit in the cabin, the passengers were able to board.
"The safety and wellbeing of our passengers and crew is our highest priority."
