OFFLINE Users report issues with Meta apps and 'can't load photos or post stories'
INSTAGRAM, Facebook and WhatsApp users are all reporting issues using their Meta-owned apps. Reports came in at around 3pm ET/8pm BST that users were struggling with all three of the social media sites.
