Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof is the new BBC reality series which will see celebrities test themselves to the limits as they try to survive sub-zero challenges. Holly Willoughby and Lee Mack present the main series, with Munya Chawawa and Yung Filly presenting a spin-off show on BBC3.
