LUCKY Erwin Tumiri has cheated death for a second time in less than five years after he survived when a packed coach careered down a hillside in Bolivia, leaving 21 people dead. He was one of just six people to survive the 2016 plane crash in Colombia that tragically killed most players from the Brazilian football team Chapecoense.
