Candy Crush Friends tips – how to beat levels and make progress in mobile phenomenon

CANDY CRUSH has made developers King millions since its launch in October, with 22.5 million people downloading it in the first month it was out.

The record-breaking launch has been followed by thousands of hours of matching candies, filling hearts and dunking cookies.

But the difficulty of some of the later Candy Crush Friends levels has some scratching their heads, so we've got a few tips and tricks straight from the developer to help you out.

More than a trillion levels of the original game have been cleared by hundreds of millions of players, including those matching in the Jelly and Soda versions.

Candy Crush Friends launched with 380 levels and a host of new game modes based around matching three or more matching candies.

The titular friends each give you significant in-game boosts, while you can pay for extra lives or extra moves to complete certain levels.
