NINTENDO has never really been keen on seeing its hardware discounted, so finding any money off a Switch at the moment is cause for celebration.
Among Currys/PC World's heap of early Black Friday offerings is the Nintendo Switch Pokemon Shield/Sword Bundle, down to just £279, rather than the usual £323.99.
For the uninitiated, the Nintendo Switch is a hybrid home and portable console. You can dock it and play games on your TV, or you can take it out and about and play on its built-in screen.
It remains incredibly popular with dedicated and social gamers alike since it's release more than two years ago, due to its excellent selection of games.
These include Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros Ultimate, The Legend of Zelda Link's Awakening and Super Mario Maker 2.
