Censor used his YouTube channel to explain 'the truth' behind his split with Yanet Garcia
RETIRED Call of Duty pro gamer Censor has revealed in an emotional YouTube video the real reason he broke up with Yanet Garcia, dubbed the world's hottest weathergirl.
that their relationship started to break down over money after she demanded a percentage of his earnings due to the fans she brought to his YouTube channel, and came to an end when he proposed making a video of himself buying a car for her.
Censor had been widely mocked online after breaking up with Garcia to focus on competitive Call of Duty play before swiftly retiring when he was unceremoniously dumped out of the World Championships.
He claims that their problems started when he explained how much money his video blogs showing the early stages of their relationship were making, and goes on to claim that she asked for a percentage.
He said he "didn't feel comfortable" with that, even though he appreciated that people were tuning in to see her and that she was driving her fans to his channel.
He insisted that he "support her" instead, by paying for whatever she wanted instead.
Censor went on to claim that Garcia also gave him "ultimatums over who his friends could be", saying that she tried to effectively ban him from seeing people she didn't approve of.
The final straw came, he claims, when he told her he wanted to buy a car for her to use -- but would only do so if he could film it and post it to YouTube because it would make "great content".
Finally, he claims that he held back originally out of respect for her, but felt compelled to post the "real" reason because of all the trolling and false rumours that had sprung up since.
Garcia has since seemingly hit back on social media, tweeting a meme featuring two pictures of Barack and Michelle Obama hours after Censor's video.
The tweet showed a picture of them as students and another as President and First Lady, with the accompanying text saying "A woman's loyalty is proven when her man has nothing.
A man's loyalty is put to the test when he has everything. "
She was then assailed by trolls on Twitter labelling her a "gold-digger", though others pointed out the number of videos he had made featuring her prominently "to use her for views".
