YouTuber OrangeGuy successfully pulled off the stunt, which many have tried and failed to do – and now you can follow in his footsteps with this guide
A FORTNITE player has achieved the impossible by reaching the game's spawn island – and he's uploaded the insane feat to YouTube, so you can do the same.
Until now, everyone thought the island – where players converge before the battle royale kicks off – was strictly off-limits.
Many have tried and failed to reach the fabled location, including us.
But the arrival of the new shopping cart item (Fortnite's first vehicle) has changed everything.
With its help, YouTuber successfully landed on spawn island. For those wishing to re-create the awesome stunt, here's how he did it:
In the video, OrangeGuy can be seen pushing the shopping trolley along with two comrades in tow, who seem to be doing the building work.
They're basically creating the bridge he's running across with a ramp at the end.
The YouTuber then jumps in the trolley as his mate pushes him down the slope, which juts up at the end to give him the lift required to fly through the air.
Once in flight, his squad member continues to push him in what looks like a gravity-defying stunt.
The two of them then successfully make it beyond the island's large cliffs and celebrate by running around aimlessly.
And just like that they managed to pull off the goal so many others have failed to achieve.
What looks like a glitch has since been successfully utilised by others, including YouTuber Lachlan, who reached spawn island a few hours later, according to Business Insider.
