GOOGLE Street View has built a 360-degree map of the planet using cameras mounted on cars, bikes and even snow mobiles.

And just like the real world, this digital replica is filled with frankly bizarre scenes.

What is Google Street View?

Google Street View is a 360-degree location discovery service that has mapped large expanses of the world.
Google snaps these pics of different places using high-tech cameras mounted on cars, backpacks, trolleys, snowmobiles, and bicycles.
User-uploaded images are also available, which are credited to the photographers.
The sensors on Google’s vehicles also measure GPS, speed, and direction.
Google uses these pics and signals to stitch together a 360-degree, 3D model of the world that users can click and drag to explore.
Algorithms are also used to smooth out the “seams” in the images and create natural transitions.
You can access Google Street View on Google Maps on desktop and on a dedicated app for iPhone and Android.
