Fortnite Moisty Mire treasure map location – where to search and how to complete the Week 9 challenge

Fortnite players are getting stuck in to the week 9 challenges, with one of them requiring the Moisty Mire treasure map location is discovered.

Here’s the lowdown on where to find it, which will give you additional XP for your Season 3 rewards…

What is the Fortnite Moisty Mire treasure map challenge?

Fortnite players are tasked with finding the treasure map in Moisty Mire, which will result in them being rewarded with 10 Battle Stars.

Moisty Mire hides a map that will lead players to a hidden treasure.

Only those with the Battle Pass will be able to see it, and players will need to complete the challenge like they would with matches - by entering the map with other players.

This means they will need to avoid combat encounters as they discover the locations.

Where is the Moisty Mire treasure map for Fortnite week 9?

Moisty Mire is located in the south east of the Fortnite Battle Royale map.

Users will need to locate a house in the woods, then go to a nearby building which has two chimneys - this is where the treasure is found.

Players should travel south west of Retail Row, where they’ll discover two houses in the middle of the woods. This area is located in between squares G6 and H6 on the map.

The north house is the one players will want, and they can drop straight down onto this building with a double chimney.

Upon finding the right location, the treasure will pop up on the screen.
