Nokia 6 2018: Where you can buy the updated smartphone and what you need to know
Nokia have updated their model 6 smartphone for 2018. Here’s what you need to know about the new handset and where you can buy it.
THE NOKIA 6 revived the brand’s presence in the smartphone market when it was released last year.
And the popular phone has received an update by the Finnish manufacture.
The new version has had a few notable updates from the previous model including a fast charger in the box and an updated camera.
Fast charging means you can get around 50% charge in 30 minutes.
And the updated camera has a 16MP sensor with an upgraded Zeiss-brand lens, which should mean some sharper pictures from the mid-range handset.
Nokia have improved the innards of the 6 so it should be powerful enough to run all the apps and games you need.
Where can I buy the new Nokia 6?
The Nokia 6 is exclusively available from Carphone Warehouse in the UK.
You can buy the 32GB handset for £229 outright if you want it SIM-free.
Or you can pay £14.99 a month if you want to split the cost over 24 months.
Speaking of the changes from last year's handset, a spokesperson said: "Our phones do so much these days that having a device that is built to last is something that is important to many people in the UK.
"The original Nokia 6 was praised for its durability so that is something we’ve built on with its successor.
"We’ve also made it 60% faster and added some great new features like USB-type C fast charging and our unique Dual-Sight technology, enhanced with ZEISS optics."
