FORTNITE developer Epic Games regularly pushes out updates to the massively successful game to keep players on their toes.
Hot on the heels of its V3.2 patch, which added the ability to play in teams of 20, another upgrade has already been announced.
We've got all the details on the upcoming update, including release date, features and improvements.
What is Fortnite Battle Royale and does it have an age rating?
Fortnite is an online video game set in a dystopian world where 98 per cent of Earth's population suddenly disappears.
Living conditions have become unbearable and zombie-like creatures roam the Earth in this sandbox game where players are among the remaining two per cent fighting for survival.
After the apocalypse, 'survivor bases' were set-up and each player is in charge of looking after these bases before trying to find a way to return Earth to normal.
The game shot into the spotlight with the release of a Battle Royale mode last September.
This version of the game sees 100 online players put in a battle field to fight until only one is left standing.
Fortnite is certified for those aged 12 and over.
When is patch V3.2.1 for Fortnite being released?
Epic Games has said that the latest Fortnite update will land on March 9, but the developer didn't announce when it will go live.
A launch time will become clear soon.
In a Reddit post, Epic Games said: "We don’t have an official time yet but we’ll keep you posted!"
Fortunately, there won't be any downtime with this patch, which should be available for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
