The fancy device boasts a range of sophisticated features including the ability to make calls and texts without your iPhone nearby. Here's everything you need to know about the hi-tech clock - which is out TODAY (September 22).
How much does the Apple Watch Series 3 and when is it released?
The new Apple Watch Series 3 is available in stores and delivered to people's homes TODAY (Friday 22 September).
In the UK, it will only be released on the EE network so users can freely make calls on the device.
The Apple Watch will come with its latest operating system - watch OS4 - which is set to hit stores on September 19.
The device will look like its predecessor, but with a gold face colour alongside the existing silver and space grey designs.
The Apple Watch Series 3 will cost around £329 without mobile capabilities and £399 with mobile capabilities in the US.
What features does Apple's Watch 3 have?
Apple's Watch Series 3 could save its owner from suffering cardiac arrest.
- The smartwatch calculates its user's resting heart rate and recovery rate throughout the day.
- Once it detects an irregular heartbeat, it will alert its owner.
- It can also detect common conditions like atrial fibrillation, or a quivering, irregular heartbeat.
Lucky Watch Series 3 owners will be able to have a more in-depth chat with Siri.
- Siri has been improved to respond to questions using voice chat
The watch comes with sophisticated wireless LTE (telecommunication) connectivity.
