Apple Watch OS4 update includes tons of new faces, HIIT workouts and can sync with your gym machine
Apple has added popular HIIT training workouts and a host of health and fitness features to its Watch wearable
APPLE Watch owners aren't going to get much time to sit around.
A brand new update will sync the wearable to gym machines and give the device its own High Intensity Interval Training feature.
The technology company made the announcement during its annual World Wide Developer Conference this evening.
The update will feature several new Watch faces, including an improved Siri assistant and Toy Story characters.
There's a new flashlight, improved dock for accessing apps and even a special playlist which begins automatically when you start working out.
Taking to the stage, Apple's CEO Tim Cook gushed that despite initial reservations, "Apple Watch is the number one selling smartwatch and number one in customer satisfaction".
He said that the Watch was "designed to help you live a healthier life people are absolutely loving the health fitness capabilities."
