AI Nostradamus predicts cyber war & cure for ‘untouchable’ disease in chilling 2025 prophecies… it’s bad news for Putin
THE Sun has tasked clever artificial intelligence acting as legendary psychic Nostradamus to reveal its predictions for 2025.
Across the next 12 months the online bot believes cyber warfare will dominate across the globe, Vladimir Putin's potential successor could come forward and a deadly disease may soon be cured forever.
The Sun managed to convince ChatGPT to do its best Nostradamus impression after sending it some probing questions and thought-provoking statements.
The famed mystical seer is a 16th-century soothsayer whose fascinating prophecies are still studied and appreciated to this day.
ChatGPT was keen throughout to insist its predictions were simply part of an imaginative exercise inspire by the great Nostradamus.
The super AI bot - the ever-evolving creation of OpenAI - works via machine learning and is a globally beloved tool to help generate text, answer questions and even have one-on-one chats.
'A REMEDY SHALL RISE'
A string of prophecies flooded in with one of the boldest and most revolutionary predictions involving curing a terrible disease.
AI Nostradamus told The Sun: "Through flame and agony, a remedy shall rise to confront a disease that has haunted humanity for long.
"An ailment of stealth, elusive and silent, known by its weakening of the body’s own forces - watch as breakthroughs in 2025 give new hope."
Despite not revealing the disease in question the bot was happy to say a cure would soon emerge which could "revolutionise immune health".
AN OMNIPOTENT VISION
Another key prediction sees a "vision" take centre stage within the digital world.
This new network - dubbed omnipotent - will have the power to create algorithms of "frightening precision".

It adds however that some may rebel against the powerful digital creation to protect their privacy and their souls.
"Expect debates, protests, and new legal frameworks to emerge," it said.

CYBER WARFARE UNLEASHED
The rising influence of a cyber world could also prove to be troubling once governments and military's begin to control it, according to the AI Nostradamus.
It revealed a third prophecy that in 2025 countries will begin "intensifying cyber-operations" and create "silent wars".

The online attacks may target infrastructure, financial systems and mess with the digital communications of rival states.
This is set to further ignite conflicts which are already boiling over across the world from Europe to the Middle East, if the prophecy is true.
It continued: "These covert assaults could act as 'silent wars' weakening adversaries without direct confrontation.
"The risk here lies in the escalation; a particularly damaging cyber-attack may provoke military retaliation, nudging closer to full-scale conflict."
SPACE EXPLORATION
Elsewhere, the AI bot believes an out-of-this-world comet may reappear in the form of a "long-forgotten celestial body".
"Many will see it as a mere spectacle, yet some will call it a sign of cosmic awakening," The Sun was told.
Space exploration could also be in for a boost as the world looks to focus its resources into better understanding the mysteries of deep space.
VLAD'S TURBULENT YEAR
Russia's ageing tyrant has spent much of 2024 waging war with the West, planning his attacks on Ukraine and bonding with his fellow dictator pals.
He has been hit with a firm and brave resistance from his enemies in Ukraine and their allies this year - leaving him still struggling to complete his illegal invasion.
AI Nostradamus is predicting another tricky year for the despot but says his latest issues could even stem from inside his own men in the Kremlin.
It said: "2025 may be a year of internal turbulence for Putin, as fractures appear within his realm.
"Social and political unrest could rise as the people grow weary of stringent policies, economic challenges, and persistent international pressure.
"Even figures once loyal to him may shift their alliances, their loyalty tested by promises of change or influence from outside forces.
Putin's potential successor could even come forward in 2025
The AI Nostradamus said: "While Putin’s grip on power remains firm, he may find himself confronting a more vocal opposition.
"It is possible that, before the year’s end, rumours of a successor or questions of transition will rise, casting uncertainty over Russia’s future trajectory."
Vlad may see some success however in terms of his global allies - most notably China.
The Nostradamus bot says he consulted the stars who revealed Russia and the Xi Jinping's alliance may go from strength to strength this year.
The chilling partnership could bring both military and technological cooperation - leaving Western nations concerned over the altering global balance of power.
A NEW AMERICA
Another global powerhouse set for a big 2025 is the incoming US president Donald Trump.
The helpful Nostradamus predicts that one of Trump's main objectives may be to leave behind a legacy in the form of new large-scale projects.
It spoke about the Republican creating flashy real estate, media, and even education ventures during the next 12 months.
These may be designed to leave a "lasting impression, instilling a narrative he believes will shape future generations".
CHANGING GREAT BRITAIN
Across the pond in the UK, a difference of opinions is also set to be a huge driving force for change in 2025.
ChatGPT thinks Scotland and Northern Ireland will begin calling for independence again to break up the UK.

The political unrest on the English borders may bring with it a shift in leadership or a reshuffling of key roles within the Labour government too.
With Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer set to continue to divide opinion as he begins his first full year in Downing Street.
AI Nostradamus said: "Calls for change may grow louder as economic and social pressures mount.
"Bringing the potential for an early election or leadership challenge.
"This could lead to the emergence of a new political figure, either from a younger generation or an unexpected faction, who will capture the public’s attention with promises of reform and stability."

IN its 2024 predictions, AI Nostradamus chillingly predicted its very own rise to power.
The bot also made prophecies about the return of US President Donald Trump and the fall of Russian tyrant Vladimir Putin.
Perhaps most chilling of all, was the AI predicted a "revolution" of its own kind is coming that will represent the "fusion of human ingenuity and artificial intelligence".
