Fortnite OG Chapter 1 Season 1 map, Battle Pass rewards, weapons and more
FORTNITE OG has just launched, and this time, it will be a pemanent mode rather than a mini-season in the Battle Royale game.
The new mode comes with its own Battle Pass and promises to bring more of Fortnite's classic seasons down the road.
Here's everything we know about the Fortnite OG Chapter 1 Season 1, its map, modes, Battle Pass, weapons and more.
Fortnite OG map and modes
Fortnite OG is launching with Chapter 1 Season 1, bringing back the Battle Royale map to its original state.
Previously, the game relaunched the OG map last year for a limited time, and brought in almost 45million players.
Once you join the new Fortnite OG mode, you can play the Solos, Squads, or Zero Build modes.

There is still no Ranked mode for Fortnite OG but this is coming soon.
Fortnite OG Battle Pass rewards
The brand-new Fortnite OG Battle Pass is also launching today, with plenty of new skins and other cosmetics to claim.
Fortnite OG's Battle Pass will run until January 31, 2025, so players will have plenty of time to claim all rewards.
With 45 rewards on six pages, the OG Pass brings updated versions of classic cosmetics, including the Renegade Rebel outfit.
The reimagined skin is part of the Return of the Renegade set and will unlock immediately upon purchase of the battle pass.
Renegade Rebel also comes with versions for Lego Fortnite and and is usable in all other Fortnite modes, not just OG or Battle Royale.
With the changes to Battle Pass pricing and the revamped Fortnite Crew subscription, players can now access the new OG Pass at no additional cost if they buy a monthly Crew membership.
If they want to buy only the OG Pass, it will cost 1,000 V-Bucks.
That’s $8.99 / £6.99, as this is how much a bundle of 1,000 V-Bucks costs to buy with real money right now.
It's worth noting that unlike Fortnite's Regular Battle Pass, the OG Pass does not reward players with V-Bucks.
This means, that players who only have the OG Pass won't be able to recover the V-Bucks they spent for it just by playing the game.
The upside is that earning XP in any Fortnite mode will level up the OG Pass and unlock its rewards.

Fortnite OG is bringing back classic weapons including Burst Rifles and Pump Shotguns.
