Who is Uche Natori? Winner of TikTok’s Fashion and Beauty Content Creator of the Year?

WINNERS of the 2024 TikTok awards were delighted to take home their dazzling trophies.

Amongst the winning TikTok content creators to take home a top gong was beauty queen, Uche Natori.

Born September 9, 1994, Uche Natori, also known as the "base queen" is a fashion and beauty influencer.

The influencer is best known for her beauty content on her popular TikTok channel @uchjn where she boasts over 761K followers as of December 2024.

She is also a big hit on Instagram, where she regularly posts beauty tips and GRWM vlogs for her 634K fanbase (as of December 4, 2024).

Uche first made her mark on the beauty scene in 2016 with her YouTube make up tutorial video titled, "Fall Inspired modern grunge - Super easy smokey eye - Perfect for hooded eyes".

Her video racked up 47K views (as of December 2024) with fans hoping to recreate her iconic look.

Winning influencer

On December 3, 2024 Uche won TikTok's Fashion and Beauty Content Creator of the Year Award.

The event held at Exhibition London was hosted by the TV personality and author, Michelle Visage.

Nominees were treated to performances from the former Little Mix star, Leigh-Ann Pinnock and breakthrough artist nominee, .

Uche was delighted to be acknowledged with her TikTok award which was presented to her by e.l.f cosmetics.

Tear of joy

In her TikTok post she vlogged her highlights of the prestigious Sky event.

With teary eyes Uche thanked her fans on December 4, 2024, and said: "I cried so much, I feel like I was in soo much shock.

"People were tagging me in videos and this one really captured the essence of me.

"I was crying so damn much, I could hardly get my words out...

"I am so grateful. I just want to thank you so so much for each and every one of you that voted for me, whether you voted once or everyday or whether you voted twice, I appreciate you so much.

"Thank you...to those who have ever tried any of my techniques...I am so so grateful for you all. I am also so grateful to e.l.f, they were the sponsor of my category.

"...And after I cried half my face off I went to their touch up station."
