Indiana Jones and The Great Circle isn’t the only big release of December 2024

Delta Force, Infinity Nikki, and Fantasian are all being released this month

VIDEO game releases usually slow down in December, as most people have already made their holiday purchases.

However, there are still a number of big-name games coming out in the first half of December for you to pick up.

If you’re interested in picking a game up this month, we’ve got everything you need to know.

Here are the biggest video game releases for December 2024.

Delta Force

It’s been a while since the last game in the Delta Force series, and it’s coming back strong with two main multiplayer modes, Warfare and Operations.

The tactical extraction shooter lets you play multiplayer online, or take things on solo in a variety of missions.

It also has the most customisable weapons of any series if you like to keep your loadout fresh.

A reimagining of the classic campaign based on the Black Hawk Down film will be added to the game later.

Delta Force will launch in Early Access on PC on December 4, and will come to consoles and mobile at a later date.

UFL

UFL is a free-to-play football game designed to rival EA FC or eFootball.

It has seen multiple delays, originally set to be released in 2022, and then in 2023, but the release date is almost here.

Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the main investors in the game and is a spokesperson for the upcoming title.

UFL will also be released on December 4 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC.

Fantasian: Neo Dimension

Originally released as an Apple Arcade exclusive, Square Enix’s Fantasian: Neo Dimension is coming to other platforms.

With an original and unique art style based on hand-made dioramas, it’s one of the most gorgeous RPGs around.

It’s a must-grab for RPG fans, particularly after the huge success of RPGs this year, including those by Square Enix.

Fantasian: Neo Dimension launches on December 5 for Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam.

Infinity Nikki

Infinity Nikki’s beta was wildly popular, and now the game is ready for its full release.

The open-world dress ‘em up sees you play as the titular Nikki, finding sewing patterns and making clothes.

Then you can dress up Nikki and take care of the different creatures around the world.

Infinity Nikki will be released on December 5 for PS5, iOS, Android, and PC.

Marvel Rivals

The next attempt at a blockbuster Marvel game is Marvel Rivals, and early previews have been promising.

This is a free-to-play hero shooter where you can choose from up to 33 different characters to play as.

It’s a 6v6 team shooter with extremely fast-paced action.

Marvel Rivals will launch on December 6 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

Path of Exile 2

The original Path of Exile was first released in 2013 and people have been waiting for a sequel for almost a decade.

Similar to Diablo, Path of Exile is an ARPG dungeon crawler, where you build your character and take on missions.

Path of Exile, like many other ARPGs, takes place in a dark fantasy setting.

Path of Exile 2 releases on December 6 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

The biggest launch of the month is Indiana Jones and The Great Circle, a Microsoft and Xbox exclusive.

It features fights, puzzles, and exploration similar to an interactive Indiana Jones film.

Indiana Jones and The Great Circle launches on December 9 for Xbox Series X|S, and PC with a PS5 version launching next year.

The two Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver games were some of the most popular that launched on the PS1.

Both action-adventure titles where you transition between the world of the living and the dead.

The games will be packaged together with a number of bonuses such as art and music.

Legacy of Kain Remastered will be released on December 10 for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Switch and PC.

Monument Valley is considered one of the best games on mobile with puzzles based on manipulating the environment.
