A shocking discovery
A new League of Legends update was datamined by some curious gamers and they discovered that a big change was coming to Viktor's character.
The YouTuber BigBadBear has leaked the images of Viktor's concept art and several in-game mock ups of how his new abilities will function.
He also claimed that fans will only have to wait until December 11, 2024, for the update.
Viktor's new appearance
The new update will see Viktor's in-game look match that of his Netflix counterpart.
It is unknown if this huge change will alter the character's backstory or how his abilities function in the game.
It is worth bearing in mind that, as the leak has preceded the update actually dropping, the game's creators might make some last-minute changes to Viktor's makeover.
However, the game's creator, Riot Games, have confirmed that they will introduce more elements of Arcane into League of Legends thanks to the huge success of the TV series.
They have also announced that more spin-off shows, based on the video game, are in the works.
