Sky customers can unlock FIVE new TV channels in days at no extra cost
SOME Sky customers will receive a much-needed channel boost this week to fill the void left by recent closures.
This year saw an exodus of music channels from Sky and Virgin Media, leaving quite a gap on both services.
4Music, The Box, Kiss, Magic and Kerrang! all ceased broadcasting over the summer.
The Box was the longest running of the bunch, having been on air for 32 years.
Owners Channel 4 revealed at the start of the year that it plans to make a number of cuts with 200 jobs going and selling its London HQ.
