Justin Waller grew up in a trailer park in Louisiana and was the first in his family to go to college.
He played football at college level after he was granted a Division 1 college football scholarship.
When he was 26 he wrote to Louisiana's Metal Building Apprenticeship programme which led him to start his own business.

He also made a name for himself on social media platforms, joining the manosphere.
He has been accused of spreading toxic masculinity and only intensified those accusations by becoming the face of The Real World.
The Real World is Tate's online business school which was recently investigated by Vice over claims that it was exploiting young fans.
YouTube has been axing channels that are in support of Tate and his site in what anti-Tate campaigners are hailing as a "huge move".

British-American influencer Tate is currently facing charges of human trafficking and sexual violence in Romania.

At 35, Waller is the CEO and founder of one of the world's leading construction steel companies.
Waller graduated college in 2009 and said in a recent TikTok video that he "always wanted to have a business".
He was asked by a TikToker what is the most amount he's made in a single year as a business owner, to which he replied: "We'll do $30million in revenue.
"I'll probably make about $5million."

Waller's Instagram is full of topless gym photos, Lamborghinis and even a snap of him standing beside Donald Trump.
He pinned the photo of him with the former president to the top of his profile.
"America is the greatest super power that ever was. 2024 is our opportunity to keep it that way," he wrote in the caption.
"It will take every man and woman in every corner of every small town to do so.
