A LESS-KNOWN Samsung rival has just launched a brand new Android smartphone that won't break the bank.

While this device may lack some of the premium thrills, it does boast a big camera and battery.

The handset is made by Chinese mobile giant Honor and it's their latest budget crunching release, known as the 200 Lite.

It packs a triple camera system on the back, with a 108-megapixel main camera, a 5-megapixel wide and depth camera, as well as a 2-megapixel macro camera.

According to the company, the Honor 200 Lite "excels" in portrait photography.

Honor has shared some examples of photos taken on it - though The Sun hasn't been able to test the device for ourselves, so we'll be sure to report back with a review later.

In terms of power, the phone has a 4500mAh battery which Honor claims will allow up to 29 hours of calling, 14 hours of video playback and 16 hours of browsing.

It technically has a bigger battery than the iPhone 15 Pro Max, which comes in at 4,441mAh by comparison.

Those who subscribe to Honor's website and buy from there can also get a bonus 66W charge adapter at no extra cost for speedy charging.

Honor is also jumping on the AI bandwagon with tools like Magic Capsule that lets you open apps with your eyes.
