Call of Duty fans go wild as next game’s title and logo are officially revealed after a leak

The next Call of Duty game is getting a bigger reveal very soon

CALL OF DUTY fans are excited as the logo and title for the next entry in Activision's massive shooter series has been revealed.

The announcement came after the game's logo was leaked earlier on Thursday in a newspaper ad.

After teasing a 'redacted' version of its Call of Duty Direct announcement, Activision has finally revealed the title of the next CoD game.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is the title of the next CoD game, and publisher Activision confirmed that a full reveal is coming on June 9.

That's when a Call of Duty Direct presentation will take place, immediately after a big Xbox Games Showcase, which begins at 6pm UK Time / 1pm ET.

This Xbox showcase will be the first following Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard.

The Black Ops 6 Direct was first teased on April 30, with the title of the game 'redacted'.

Following leaks earlier today, Xbox and Activision took to Twitter/X to unveil the official name.

This will be the first game in the Black Ops sub-series since 2020's Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War.

Last week, The Wall Street Journal reported that Microsoft is planning to launch the next Call of Duty game on Game Pass as a day-and-date release for subscribers.

If Activision's new owner confirms this, it will mark a massive change in the way the series is sold to gamers.
